 Company HistoryMcLaggan Smith Mugs is a family business operating in Jamestown, a couple of miles from the shores of Loch Lomond in the West of Scotland. Established by Wally Smith in 1974, the company is now run by his wife Camille and daughter Polly.
We are a small but eager team, dedicated to providing you with a reliable and courteous service, doing all that we can to help you. Please contact Emma at websales@msmugs.com if you need any help.
We have 20 fantastic hard working employees printing and decorating the mugs here in Scotland. Every week we dispatch mugs all over the UK. We have customers throughout Europe and as far apart as the Falkland Islands and Japan.

Minimum total order: 96 mugs if ordering in 48's
Minimum total order: 108 mugs if ordering in 36's
All complete orders to be in multiples of 36 or 48

 Trade Orders - Special CommissionsOur standard minimum order is only 192 mugs. Prices reduce for multiples of that number. For orders over 1008 pieces, standard numbers continue upwards in multiples of 48.
Four colour process prints require a minimum order of 576 mugs.

 Trade Orders - PackagingThe mugs are usually packed in outers of 48 (no inners).
48 pack dimensions are 28x38x46 cm.
We can pack (but it will cost you more) in inners of six and outers of 36.
36 pack dimensions are 43x28x30 cm.
We also offer shrink wrapping. this is suitable for large orders that are being packaged into gift boxes.
