Making A Purchase
Buying mugs could not be easier. Just browse our ranges of mugs, and click on any items that you would like to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Euro card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and snail mail or over the Internet. |

Shipping And Handling
We pack your mugs and send them out by second class post. International orders are sent by Air Mail. |

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. Standard delivery is 28 days but in most cases you should receive your order within 10 working days of your order. International orders are generally received in less than 28 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. |

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. | Guarantee Our mugs are of the highest quality. If there are any manufacturing problems we will replace them with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Furthermore, unless the mugs have been customised for you, if you notify us within seven days of your order and return the mugs in good condition, we will refund your payment. |
