About Us
McLaggan Smith Mugs is a family business operating in Jamestown, a couple of miles from the shores of Loch Lomond in the West of Scotland. Established by Wally Smith in 1974, the company is now run by his wife Camille and daughter Polly.
We are a small but eager team, dedicated to providing you with a reliable and courteous service, doing all that we can to help you. Please contact Jancie Flynn sales@msmugs.com if you need any help.
We have 20 fantastic hard working employees printing and decorating the mugs here in Scotland. Every week we dispatch mugs all over the UK. We have customers throughout Europe and as far apart as the Falkland Islands and Japan.
We are delighted to be working with some fantastic new designers: Olly Moss, Big Jon, Belle & Boo, Teresa Green, Gillian Kyle, Isak, Arthouse, Two Little Boys, St Judes, Dean Morris and Samantha Morris.
We are also adding new designs to some of our favourite ranges; Madeleine Floyd , Catherine Colebrook, Edward Monkton, Simon Drew.
All our mugs are microwave and dishwashes safe, although some fading may occur after many years.
