All our mugs are hand decorated to order and then kiln fired. This can sometimes take some time!
Standard delivery is 28 days but we do our very best to turn your order around as quickly as possbile.
In most cases you should receive your mugs within 10 working days of placing your order.
International orders are generally received in less than 28 days.
Your mugs are mailed by Royal Mail Second Class and are packaged in sturdy polystyrene boxes for their protection.
Please remember to order your Father's Day mugs early!
