MAIL ORDER:
We pack your mugs and dispatch them using the standard Royal Mail Track and Trace 48 hour service. You should receive your order within 5-7 working days, or sooner if the 24 hour Express delivery option is selected.
Please note that "Within 24 hours(express)" and "Within 48 hours(standard)" refers to the delivery time and not the dispatch time and are the new terms Royal Mail use for 1st(express) and 2nd(standard) class post. Dispatch time is usually within 3-5 working days from date of order.
International orders are sent by Airmail and should be received within 28 working days of placing your order, using the standard Royal Mail service. A Track & Trace service is also available at additional cost.
