A huge thank you to all our lovely customers who have already placed orders this month. Royal Mail strikes throughout December will impact delivery times, so get your orders in nice and early to allow extra time for your mugs to arrive.
We regret that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, but we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48® and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. International delivery can take longer, so please give your order additional time to arrive.
Our factory closes on Wednesday 21st and we will be posting orders right up until then, but please note our ceramics are decorated by hand and fired in kilns overnight. Therefore, orders placed after Tuesday 20th will not be dispatched until we return in January.
