Please note international orders over six mugs will be split and shipped seperately.
Care & Use
To keep your mug looking its best, we recommend washing shortly after use. Dishwashers use high temperatures and abrasive detergents, which can damage our screen-printed designs. For this reason, we recommend washing by hand only. This will keep the design on your mug looking colourful for years to come. Use warm water and avoid using scouring pads or abrasive detergents.
A personalised mug makes a great gift and we'll personalise the first mug free! To personalise your mug, add the Mug Personalisation item to your cart along with your chosen mug.
Mug capacity taken from an average of five mugs filled to the brim. Due to the nature of ceramics, slight variations in size are expected. Please allow a few mm tolerance between individual mugs.
I wanted this but thought they looked too good to only get 1. Two are acting as thank yous for friends who are putting me up - together with the Charles 111 mug. Lovely.
Delighted to have my replacement favourite mug back!
Very impressed my crie de coeur was logged and I was advised that it was back in production.
I love this mug as it was bought at Balmoral Castle a year ago before the Queen's death so it has even more meaning now. Right away it became the mug I use all and every day. I decided I should have a back up incase I broke the present one and so was thrilled to find it online and quickly ordered two. The ordering and delivery was very efficient especially as I live in the States. However, I was so disappointed when it arrived to find that it was a smaller version. I am a big tea drinker and this seems like a small mug to me for my tea drinking. I wondered if the size had been changed of it they are still available in the bigger size which I much prefer?
That said I still think it is a precious mug with the Queen and her handbag and her corgis in tow.
The art work is clever, the porcelain nice and thin and always a talking point with others when I use it. It will continue to give me much pleasure.
Tealighted with my order.
Quality product & lucky enough to have this as a local business.
Bought 2 of these 1 for me & 1 for a gift.
What a sweet and funny mug. Six to seven corgies following Her Majesty at tea time. Nothing better to commemorate our unforgettable late queen. Thank you for taking such a good care of us, tea worshippers.
