Delivery

Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

Please note international orders over six mugs will be split and shipped seperately.

Care & Use

To keep your mug looking its best, we recommend washing shortly after use. Dishwashers use high temperatures and abrasive detergents, which can damage our screen-printed designs. For this reason, we recommend washing by hand only. This will keep the design on your mug looking colourful for years to come. Use warm water and avoid using scouring pads or abrasive detergents.

    Better than high street chains

    Bought an Orla Kiely mug from McGlaggan. Some high street chains were charging more for the same product. McGlaggan had faster and cheaper delivery time too. Thank you.
