Lovely mug, but…

It’s a wonderful mug with a very amusing design. Unfortunately I’ve given less stars than hoped as the first one arrived in various pieces and despite two emails asking how I could replace it, I had no joy, so ended up ordering another one (330ml).
It arrived in one piece. But the wrong size. Having given up any hope of trying to get the wrong size, let alone a refund, I’m now using it.
Again, a lovely mug. Such a shame customer service was lacking.
