Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.
Care

All mclaggan+co mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. 

The decoration transfers are produced using traditional silk screen printing methods, and over a long period of time, some colours made fade. To avoid this, we recommend using a mild detergent and a low temperature setting on your dishwasher.

Perfect present

Bought one for my wife and unfortunately broke it. Ordered a replacement, this time with a message on the handle. She was soooo chuffed. I also have the male version too!!

Mclaggan Smith are the best mugs on the market. I've been buying them for many years. I would have liked a choice to have a smaller mug though. Also I miss ' Trust me, I'm a ductor'

Product brilliant - postage and packing not so much

I had been looking for a present for a friend’s birthday and spotted this. Great cup, can’t fault the product and she loved it when it finally arrived. I paid for express postage as I had left it a bit late but it didn’t arrive on time. Also only arrived in postage box - no gift box which seemed a bit strange.
