A quick update on shipping to Germany

We’ve had to temporarily pause shipping to Germany from our online store.

We know this will be disappointing for some of our customers, and we don’t take the decision lightly. Germany has been a brilliant place for our mugs to find homes over the years, and we’re really grateful for the support.

The decision comes down to recent changes in international shipping, customs handling, and delivery reliability. At the moment, we’re not able to offer the consistent service we want every order to have.

And for us, that’s the key thing. We’d always rather pause than send something out if we’re not confident it will arrive as it should.

What this means

  • We’re not currently shipping orders to Germany via our website
  • If you’re based in Germany and need help or have a question, you can still get in touch with us directly
  • We’ll share updates if anything changes

Looking ahead

We’re looking into options and speaking with our delivery partners, including Royal Mail, to understand what’s possible going forward. Nothing complicated or over-engineered, just trying to find a setup that feels reliable and fair for everyone.

We love sharing our mugs with customers all over the world, and we’re always looking at ways to make shopping with us online as simple and smooth as possible. Germany is very much still part of that picture.

For now, we just need to pause while we make sure we’re doing things properly.
