A personalised mug makes a great gift for family, friends and loved ones, or treat yourself to a mug with your name on it. We'll personalise the first handle free (automatically applied at checkout).
Please take care when entering your message as it will be printed exactly as you enter it including any capitalisation e.g. oliver, Oliver, OLIVER. We're unable to make changes once your personalised mug has been fired.
Mugs can be personalised on either the handle or inside base, except for our Tall mugs which are handle only. Use the "personalise" button on the product page to add your message.

Delivery
As our ceramics are decorated to order and fired in our kilns overnight, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery.
Orders containing only non-ceramic items are usually dispatched more quickly. If your order includes both ceramics and non-ceramic items, everything will be shipped together once your ceramics are ready.
UK Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment, so you’ll always see the full cost before completing your order.
Delivery is free on orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery is calculated based on weight.
Highlands & Islands, EU and Rest of World
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and destination. You’ll always see the final cost before payment.
