Delivery

Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

Please note international orders over six mugs will be split and shipped seperately.

Care & Use

To keep your mug looking its best, we recommend washing shortly after use. Dishwashers use high temperatures and abrasive detergents, which can damage our screen-printed designs. For this reason, we recommend washing by hand only. This will keep the design on your mug looking colourful for years to come. Use warm water and avoid using scouring pads or abrasive detergents.

    Nice mug

    This is the third mug I've had... I felt the colours on this were not as vivid as my previous mugs and as indicated on the picture so I was a little disappointed, hence the three stars.

    Nice Drinking Mug

    This is the umpteenth QB mug I’ve ordered, and they are a delight to have, drink from and just the right size.

    This mug was for my partner who is a keen gardener and loves QB.
