Delivery

Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

Please note international orders over six mugs will be split and shipped seperately.

Care & Use

To keep your mug looking its best, we recommend washing shortly after use. Dishwashers use high temperatures and abrasive detergents, which can damage our screen-printed designs. For this reason, we recommend washing by hand only. This will keep the design on your mug looking colourful for years to come. Use warm water and avoid using scouring pads or abrasive detergents.

    Pas très satisfaite. J'ai commandé le 4 décembre2022 12 tasses ( après avoir vérifié que le site pouvait livrer en France pour faire de jolis petits cadeaux de Noël
    Mc Laggan les a expédié le 8 décembre , mais seulement la moitié !!sans me prévenir de ce fait . Ce premier colis est arrivé le 27 décembre , et le deuxième colis ( pour lequel je n'ai eu aucune information!) est arrivé le 4 janvier 2023!
    La boutique na jamais répondu à mes 2 messages, ne m'a donné aucune information et ne s'est jamais excusé ...... ce n'est pas vraiment professionnel ni sérieux
