Delivery

Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

Replacement mug

Understand that the delivery issues were not the fault of McLaggan. It has since arrived and I am very pleased with this lovely quality mug

Thanks so much for your order and so sorry you've had issues with delivery. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes in November and December, plus the resulting backlog at the busiest time of the year, have impacted delivery times.

I can see your order was despatched on the 20th of December, but the tracking info on Royal Mail is still showing as in transit. We've just reopened after our festive break - we can either pop a replacement in the post this week, or process a refund if preferred.
