Delivery
Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.
Please note international orders over six mugs will be split and shipped seperately.
Care & Use
To keep your mug looking its best, we recommend washing shortly after use. Dishwashers use high temperatures and abrasive detergents, which can damage our screen-printed designs. For this reason, we recommend washing by hand only. This will keep the design on your mug looking colourful for years to come. Use warm water and avoid using scouring pads or abrasive detergents.

Mug capacity taken from an average of five mugs filled to the brim. Due to the nature of ceramics, slight variations in size are expected. Please allow a few mm tolerance between individual mugs.
A great set of mugs for the family at Christmas, all with an appropriate cartoon or slogan. Everyone was delighted.
The quality of the mugs was very good with clear printing and a good finish.
The only downside was they didn't come in individual boxes but one large one, so wrapping them was a chore.
