Delivery

Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

Shipping to the US: Please note that import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply on arrival. These are set by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable if delivery is refused.

Care

All mclaggan+co mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

The decoration transfers are produced using traditional silk screen printing methods, and over a long period of time, some colours may fade. To avoid this, we recommend using a mild detergent and a low temperature setting on your dishwasher.
