Love the mug, more importantly the customer service

There was an issue with the Royal mail and their customer service literally responded within minutes And resolved my issue. Needless to say that the mug itself is also very pretty

Very disappointed

When I ordered here was no sign on website about last day before Xmas. Took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Very disappointed.

Lovely mugs overall

Bought a new Women Who Changed The World Mug, for my daughter, after accidentally breaking the previous one.
Wrong size ordered, my fault, and my daughter used it before I could arrange to change it, she is happy with it and that’s the important thing.
Lovely mug and awesome design, my only criticism was the design smudged on Malala’s sign into Greta’s name, but I am being picky here and the other mugs we own have all been perfect.
Would definitely buy again, but order the correct size next time.

Fantastic!

Mug was of excellent quality and arrived packaged/protected well. The mug was a gift for a friend and she was delighted with it. I had intended it as a gift for her to use at work but she has taken it home as it's "too good for the office"!

A lovely gift

I bought several mugs for Christmas gifts this year. I already have two , characters in Jane Austin books and kings and queens of England. They are lovely china, good to drink from and the illustrations are great. I bought the women who changed the world for my 12 year old granddaughter and I am really pleased with it.
