However, please note that recent changes to US customs regulations mean that all orders may now be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We cannot predict or control the amount that may be applied, as this is set by US Customs and local carriers.
If you refuse delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will refund the product cost once the order has been returned to us. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If we incur any costs as a result of your refusal (such as return shipping or handling fees), these will also be deducted from your refund.
