The festive season is in full swing, which means it is time to share our last Christmas posting dates and details of our annual factory break. Since every mug is decorated to order right here at our Loch Lomond factory, a little planning goes a long way.
Last order dates for Christmas delivery
We ship all UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. To give ourselves time to hand-decorate and kiln-fire your mugs, our last order date is set a few working days before Royal Mail’s recommended posting deadline.
UK orders
Order by Wednesday 17 December for the best chance of a pre-Christmas delivery.
We will continue making and dispatching orders until we close for Christmas (see below), although orders after this date may arrive a little later.
International orders
International delivery times vary quite a bit depending on location and customs, so early ordering is always your safest option.
To keep things simple, we have set one recommended last order date for all international customers. Order by Friday 29 November for the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery.
Factory closure
Once the Christmas rush is wrapped our team takes a well-deserved break. The factory and office will close at 5pm on Monday 22 December and reopen at 9am on Monday 6 January.
You can still place orders on our website while we are away. Everything will be safely queued, and we will begin processing orders as soon as we return.
